Teresa is a graduate of Southern Oregon State College (now Southern Oregon University) and started working at a CPA firm in Medford, Oregon in 1987. She relocated to the Portland area in 1992.
She enjoys being a mom, dog owner and working in the nursery at her church. In her spare time, Teresa loves to drink coffee and knit, weave or read, especially on grey, rainy days, which are plentiful in the Pacific Northwest.

We live in a world where reasonable people sometimes differ in opinion. If you and Government taxing authorities don’t see eye to eye, we are prepared to step in and defend your best interests. Dispute resolution might range from answering Government generated correspondence, to managing live examinations, to joining an appeal team.
Federal & State Tax Matters
As the Government increases its reliance on automated tools for tax code enforcement, Government correspondence has grown exponentially. Unfortunately it is often incorrect. We are experienced in evaluating correspondence and seeking quick resolution. Under a Power of Attorney we are experienced in representing taxpayers undergoing Examination. When necessary we are available to join an Appeal team to challenge adverse Examination results.
In circumstances where client privilege is paramount, we generally provide tax attorney third party referrals. We are experienced in following procedures to accommodate catch up and first time Foreign Bank Account Reporting. We also are able to assist you in obtaining a state Voluntary Disclosure Agreement upon discovery of prior year nexus activities in a non-filing state.
No business is free of constraints. The only question is whether narrow windows of opportunity are seized or lost because of capital, management, or capability.

To safeguard the confidentiality of your information, each room may be customized by you to designate various upload and download credentials to individuals you identify. Please be sure to complete the Data Room Authorization to open a data room and to update credentials as evolving circumstances and events warrant.
Please use this room to efficiently upload information you wish to share with us. This room is recommended for all file transmissions, including large files. Archived files may be useful to maintain a history of information you have shared with us. We will clean this room periodically, unless you post a No Clean sign.
We will deliver electronic versions of financial statements, tax returns, and other agreed upon items to this room. Archived copies of our deliverables will be stored for your convenience in servicing third party information requests. We recommend limited credentials access for this room.
If you are commencing a project or transaction requiring the sharing of files between your entity and third parties, we recommend opening a project room. Customized upload and download credentials for various third parties may assist you in maintaining control of the project or transaction.
