6. How would you rate our abilities to solve your business problems?  Do we seem to understand your circumstances and issues?
7. Do you feel you receive an appropriate value for the cost of services we provide to you?  Are there any areas that seem out of balance?
8. Have we treated you fairly and honestly in our business dealings?  Have we adequately addressed any service problems you may have brought to our attention?
9. OVERALL, are you happy and satisfied with our service?  Are you glad you chose us to be your CPA firm?
